If he ends up in an American Federal Court his health won't be an issue, they lock criminals up even when they're seriously ill. But if his fake illness doesn't help him dodge extradition he'll sing like a canary to the G-Men and take the whole of FIFA down the tubes with him. #thesoonerthebetter
they won't be allowed to. Under international law the home country decides fitness. Remember the delay to that one charged in SA of killing his wife while on honeymoon (can't remember his name). If the Swiss say no go, he don't go. Unless he can be tricked into going into the US for, say, an Oscar for that unpolished turd of a FIFA film that bombed recently.
Anyone who thinks Blatter will ever stand trial is delusional. He will die well before the extradition defences are used up, he is not a young man so if he can fight extradition for 10 yrs then he will be ok.
