    I have to be careful how I word this, but I am now 100% certain that Warren Farm (or possibly another site near to Heathrow) is going to happen, funding is in place, work to start soon and its going to be fantastic.

    Forgive me for not giving more re the source, but it's obviously not public yet (don't know why it should be sensitive but apparently it is), but its an independent, no axe to grind source, and the topic came up entirely by chance in conversation.

    I have been getting increasingly cynical about this, and am currently warming up the humble pie. Brilliant.

    All this talk about water logged training pitches, they have always been underwater when it rains heavily so why start mentioning it now. It has never been back page news before in the local papers

    This is some good news we and our club could do with. I saw a thread on WATRBS website last week about the latest on Warren Farm and a few posters also said they were confident about it going ahead.

    There is hope after all!
