The Hunts have been told they won't be offered a deal at the moment along with Ando and a few others...............in other news Super Jay Tabb has got a years deal.....I think he activated a clause in is contract for an extension.

I can't argue with any of the players that have been released. Out of all of them, Anderson had a couple of decent play-off games, but I think he was fairly average over the course of the season. I hoped Jack Marriott would come good at the club, but I trust the coaching staff over my judgement, so good luck to the lad wherever he goes next.

Those departures will free up some of the wage budget, so hopefully we can bring in a couple of young, hungry players. A right-back, winger, and a centre-midfielder should be on our priority list.

Wouldn't be at all surprised to see Chaplow/ N.Hunt back in 2/3 months time. With FFP there is no point them being here now.

    Good luck to the rest.

Not surprised by any of these really, all fairly average players.

Shame Hewitt never got more of an opportunity as I think there was a lot of potential there and in the few times I saw S Hunt I thought he was half decent, especially in a 433.

I actually though Chaplow was unlucky not to get a few more minutes under his belt toward the end of the season, thought he showed more than most of our midfielders on the ball.

Felt Ambrose was unlucky also, he seemed to be just showing like he was about recapture some sort of form but then got injured

Looks like a case of if we can't get anyone better and you're still available we'll give you a contract in July/August
