...who host Dover in the quarter final replay of the FA Trophy tomorrow night. If The Romans overcome the Conference side, then they will reach the semi final of the competition for the first time in their history. The winners will face North Ferriby, all the way up next to the Humber Bridge over two legs. Bath came close to beating Dover in the last match, which was a massive effort, but Dover managed to peg them back at the death in a game which ended 3-3. Lee "Archie" Howells was manager of the month for January, so The Romans are flying and must have a decent chance. All in all, it's a fantastic effort by a club which is run on a shoestring.
Bath City have had a rough time these last few years. It's fantastic that they've reached the semi's. The prize money and ticket sales for a club like Bath City is manna from heaven. Really hope their long suffering fans can win the semi and have their day in the sun at Wembley.
They are not up against a conference prem side so they have a good chance. They have North Ferriby Utd and the other game is Wrexham vs Torquay. Its 2 legs as well so not over after the 1st game. The final will be a conference prem club vs a lower conference league club.
