You should also have a number after Rep Power that's anything other than 0. Not sure why it says that, to be honest.
Wouldn't pay too much attention to it though, as it doesn't actually do anything.

The higher your rep power, the more damage you can do to another user's rep when you neg rep them - I had 15,000 knocked off in one click last week!
