I was watching tv last night and there was a countdown to the premier league type program on and as we're almost all Welsh on here it hit home how much the 2 Welsh teams were mentioned especially on a section of the top ten rivalries. Although we only made no. 6 it was hailed as one of the most passionate in football and a must see over here.

Other than that both Swansea & Cardiff got a few mentions. Swansea as a team expected to do the best of the mid table teams and Cardiff as the least likely of the 3 promoted teams to drop back down.

Seemed to me like it was nothing but good stuff and good exposure for the country as a whole.

It is great for Wales. Swansea and Cardiff in the top league, Newport getting back in the league and having great start to their campaign whilst I expect Wrexham could well join us in the league again next season.

I do however still have little hope for our children because those in charge at the education board are still the same Rugby loving, biased dinosaurs that give nothing for football but everything for the 'welsh national sport with the odd shaped ball' that was actually invented in England. Imagine how much better our academies would be if our schools had as many football coaches as they do rugby coaches.

No 6 ????

They know sod all about local derby's. We'll show the buggers this season what a local derby really is

Well they are American and they know absolutely nothing about football either, they can't even get the name right although there was a piece on the show that was quite funny about them not understanding the difference between football as they know it & football as we know it so they are trying.
