United are winning and are deserving of it. So kindly shut the fock up, nohlman. Nani is clearly not needed in this game. Oh, and he's going nowhere.

Berbatov is most likely to leave in the summer imo. He seems to have been bought to play a deeper role behind Rooney so he can be the out and out striker. It worked last season but has left us hopelessly outmatched in midfield this season. With Rooney playing deeper behind Chicharito in recent games he's been able to drop back into midfield and tip the balance in our favour. This game in particular, the extra space that creates has helped Carrick shine again in a deeper role. But that implies Berb won't be sticking around for long unless he's willing to be third choice striker, and probably not partnered with Rooney again.

Nani on the other hand is still our first choice winger, but not in a game like this where the opposition has such attacking fullbacks. Bosingwa has been their main threat, and with Nani's poor defensive skills he'd have been even more effective.

Turns out we don't need Nani to win big games. Nolhman i would love your opinion of these developments.

Swarbs I really want Berbs to stay as having 3 top quality strikers is important. Hernandez is not yet ready as he again was bullied today and honestly does not have much to his game yet. I think Berba will stay and get a new deal because if he leaves we will need a new striker as the young ones are simply not good enoough.

Its ironic that when LN17 says that the only way Chelsea will not win will be if Nani plays, and then the player LN17 most hates scores the winner while Nani watches from the sidelines.

I must say I agree with LuisNani17, he's the only one on this forum who's honesty is beyond belief. The question were all asking each other is why was Nani on the bench for such a crucial European game? Sir Alex Ferguson is destroying a young mans confidence. It's a bit obvious Nani cannot play freely due to Sir Alex Ferguson enforcing restricting orders. It's been a pleasure watching Nani rescue us, I wish him all the best for the future. Not many of us will continue to watch him play, but I will do so, no matter what team he plays for.

Hizmo are you another Nolhman alt? :)

So why was nani on the bench, probably because SAF, played a different game to what the Chavs expected, and guess what it worked.
All Players have to sit on the bench from time to time.

Firstly, Nani has played extremely well this season. But, guess what? SAF decides to put him on the bench for a crucial game. A player like Nani has to start no matter what. This is an obvious example to why world class players leave Manchester United. We've lost many players over the past years, I wouldn't be surprised if Nani leaves in the Summer. Let's answer your question now, I am not LuisNani17. Agreeing with someone does not make you their alt. Understood? I wish you'd learn a thing or two from Hizmo.

    There's a shock.

What? Why would someone's honesty be unbelievable? <doh>

Speak for yourself. Most of us are praising Fergie's tactical nous.

I think Nani is a bit stronger-willed than that.

A "bit obvious"? How can something be a "bit" obvious? And Fergie is doing his best for United. We're at the top of the league, in the semi of the FA Cup, and we've got one foot in the semis of the CL, so it's obviously working. He's got no duty to fulfill any need of Nani's to showboat.

I think you'll find that Berba, Rooney and Hernandez have all "rescued" us just as many times as Nani. That's what teams do.

    How sweet :emoticon-0119-puke:

Because no one believes the **** he comes out with <ok>

    And you know what?

    Rooney: Games 31, Goals 13, Assists 11
    Nani: Games 38, Goals 9, Assists 16

So in Rooney's worst ever season for United, he has one fewer goal / assist than Nani from seven fewer games. Ain't facts a bitch...

Jip Jaap Stam, LuisNani17's honesty is unbelievable. You've got a lot of time on your hands. Who's honest on this site? LuisNani17 has only said that Nani will leave in the Summer. You clearly have something against me and LuisNani17, but it doesn't bother me to be honest. Why can't you just accept others opinions. I've only said that Nani will leave in the Summer, that isn't something to be shocked about.
