It is widely agreed that Nani will leave as Young is his replacement and many sources Guardian, Telegraph et al have reported Nani will likely leave. Young could give us more balance and lets face it Young will be easily our first choice set piece taker. There simply is no room for Nani at Man Utd and we could get a good fee for Nani to help pay for a midfielder. I think Nani may go to Italy and probably Inter. I think Young will be good signing and I hope he can improve at Utd. Will be a very good signing and will improve our poor corners. I am quite happy

    Welcome Young

    You just posted this....

"Wow constrepe, to upset nolhman you would rather weaken your own club, now try telling yourself you are a good fan."

On another thread when Constcrepe suggested Nani may leave. Make up your mind.

To spite someone that is sad but that does not mean he is not leaving because he is leaving. You would have to be delusional to think Nani will hover the bench for Young or Valencia. Nani starts or he leaves and it is inevitable he will leave and if Inter come calling he will go because they will guarantee a starting 11 place. Young will be a decent replacement and we have replaced better than Nani.

What makes you think Ashley Young Will start ahead of Nani? For all we know it will be Valencia on the bench with Nani and Young occupying the wings.

I highly doubt Nani will leave this summer.

Giggis- Oh come on!! Ferguson loves Valencia and will always start him ahead of Nani. Young will be on a wage of more than 100k and will cost over 16m. He is not bought to be a expensive luxury bench warmer. Valencia and Young will be the wings, Nani won't like the fact he will sit on the bench. Teams in Italy willing to pay for Nani. Nani himself has said he would be open to a move.

Not many people expect to play 38 games a season at the best club in England...

Nani is so frustrating, has so much natural talent and skill, but he isn't a team player. Valencia and Young aren't as naturally gifted but they work hard for the team, and no when to pass the ball. Nani is to selfish.

Id have Valencia and Young on the flanks ahead of Nani all day long

Funny that, its just not true. Nanis pass rate is good. He is also very controlled in what he does with the ball now.

At the end of the day do you want to restrict someone of Nani's ability ( similar has happened with Anderson and we all moan about that ) or do we want to allow him the chance to express his obvious ability and destroy defenders.

Valencia is the safe option, Young is a safe option. We are Man Utd, safe options shouldnt even be an option for god sake.

This is sort of like people saying George Best, Cantona, Ronaldo etc were not safe enough for United so lets have a Stuart Downing, Luke Chadwick or someone else.

Rubbish, we need players like Nani.
