    Very good read, does make sense.

    As he says in the article, they have broke up the 'Awkward Memebrs of the Squad'.

    Do you think the board viewed this as a similar case of the like of Dyer et al who were a pain in the arse for Bobby.

    I'm of the opinoin that both Nolan & Barton saw themselves as untouchable and players that couldn't be dropped and thought they could push the board to break the pay cap. When the board didn't play ball, they weren't happy about it and knocked the contracts back. The rest is history.

    Just how I view things
