It gives a great insight into how winners are produced; after reading the Gary Neville bio it's clear to see that Warren Joyce was a younger version of Eric Harrison, the youth coach who instilled the same winning mentality into the kids who made up the ''class of '92''.

We were stuck on 15 points for a time, and maybe we only had 15 when he took over, but as I recall it at its worst a handful (6?) only, we were never double digit in the ****.
