Match Day Thread Gone Fishing Chairboys v Cod 11th Feb 20

The Chairboys entertain the Cod Army at Adams Park in our 31st league game of the season and our 17th at AP looking to maintain our excellent home form with just the one bad result from the previous 16 home league games, the Cods sit just outside the playoff places on 45pts but have games in hand on their rivals.
Gaz has no new injury worries that we know of but Darius Charles is likely to be missing it was good to see Fred on the bench on Saturday lets hope Jack joins him and Fred gets some game time tonight.
I will again be at this home game along with Slasher it will be my 20th game of the season and my 18th at AP and I will be hoping the lads keep up the good home form and we get another good result so all Chairboys can sleep well in their beds tonight

 

This could be our hardest game at home until Oxford on the 21st March & Rotherham 14 days later, I thought we had played most of the top ten, still have five to play at least 3 are at home. A win tonight would make it virtually certain that at least the bottom two can not catch us

Thompson and Blooms out but Ofoborh still sits on the bench with pattison starting instead, i hope nothing has happened behind the scenes between Ainsworth and Ofoborh but he's wasted as a sub i really rate him.

It's the only decent chance we had 1st half, Samuel running about like a headless chicken as always but with no end product,Parker has done okay though but our front 3 have only scored 3 League goals between them all season and Wheeler has got 2 of them bring on Fred to liven us up as we look absolutely dire up front.
