Going to Wembley on false pretenses

The scousers are going to Wembley after an absence of 15 years. But did they not owe their final to some awful refereeing decisions?

The penalty for Richards handball was NEVER a penalty. And City had the most flagrant penalty against Dzeko turned down. So the scousers should have lost the match by 3-1 and the tie.


As ever the referees are favouring the scousers
