Going to the game on Sunday, taking the eldest boy to his first ever game at the Bridge. Trying to figure out the best way to get there.

Does anyone from Canterbury or the surrounding area travel up by coach? Id rather get on one of these that takes us to the stadium and picks us up from there rather than battling our way through the underground!!

    Any info would be appreciated

I dont know for sure , but I'd be amazed if they laid on a special coach from Canterbury to the Bridge! Sunday is the best day to drive up (park in Battersea and walk across) or do what I do--get the train to Victoria and underground to Fulham Broadway!

I always drive and park in the Lots road area (I rarely go Saturdays so you can normally park on street). Its about a 10 minute walk to the Bridge from there. Great curry house near Lots road too and the Ram pub.
