Murray Can not really give a honest answer regarding Sunderland but, Pulis had a WORSE record than MON. IF PULIS did GO we would have a chance, with him we're fooked mate IMO. Di Canio has nothing to lose does he? He DOES have everything to gain! A kind of win, win for him and it's got your FANS up for it. All the best fellla, apart from that one game of course. Stoke fans, some of us sadly are now IMO resigned to the worst happening. I know I am, so we're a dozen or so sitting near to me today. It was that bad.
Murray, I was surprised that MON was dismissed with just 7 games left. I am not sure that changing manager at this late stage achieves a lot. Adkins has lost his first 2 games at Reading and they look doomed to me. It remains to be seen how things pan out for you with Di Canio but as far as Stoke are concerned we are in freefall and the suppoters feel that TP will not be able to change it round. Personally I think we should not change things this late on but I too am not sure Pulis can motivate the team enough to avoid the drop. Sunderland, Norwich and Wigan probably hold the key to whether or not Stoke survive. I sincerely hope we do survive but it's touch and go.

If west ham , newcastle , sunderland and wigan all lose tomorrow i reckon we,ve still got a chance of staying up. If they all win i reckon pulis will quit / be sacked .
