I must admit I hadn't realised who either were playing for until watching the clip. I would have thought that Macnemee would have had the potential to play at a better level than he is right now - still he obviously did something to Lambert to sufficiently piss him off so he left him out continuously for over half a season! Perhaps it is just an attitude thing as opposed to ability.
