Well, given that they've turned down a £6m bid and by asking for £15m are probably wanting about £8-9m bid, I'd say not.

I read in a separate article via somebody on Twitter I forget who , but they interviewed some guy called pinau or similar. the impression I got was they turned down 6m before he realised the extent of the Birmingham crisis Now they may be forced to accept less to get money to stay out of administration. think he is destined for the prem, but all the same I'd slap in a cheeky offer
