I didn't see this already posted so if it has apologies to those that get offended by such things. Nicklas Bendtner upset by Harry Redknapp's Arsenal reject jibe Nicklas Bendtner was angry to discover Harry Redknapp had labelled him an Arsenal reject, but has decided against becoming involved in a war of words with the Spurs manager. The Danish striker is currently on loan at Sunderland from Arsenal and has enjoyed resurgence in form since Martin O'Neill took charge at the Stadium of Light. In the build-up to Saturday's 0-0 draw between the Black Cats and Tottenham, it was suggested to Redknapp that Bendtner would pose a real threat to his team - but the veteran boss made it clear he didn't rate the 24-year-old. 'If Arsene Wenger thought he was that good he wouldn't let him go out on loan would he? Obviously he thought it was time to get him out of there,' said Redknapp. Bendtner said nothing about the matter before the game, but used Twitter to make his displeasure clear after the match.Bendtner said nothing about the matter before the game, but used Twitter to make his displeasure clear after the match. 'Saw there manager talking rubbish about me,' he tweeted. 'I am not Even gonna commit [comment] on c*** liked that. Well done safc for the support today.'Bendtner looks set to leave Arsenal permanently in the summer, but O'Neill has not decided whether to make an offer for him. If Sunderland don't want the Dane, he looks likely to head to Germany, where Hannover and Hamburg are said to be interested. http://www.metro.co.uk/sport/895532-...al-reject-jibe
Can't see us buying him to be honest think MON will want to look somewhere else. Sounds like he has found a bit of humility by not rising to Arrys bait or he just knows that Arry does this a lot to unnerve players/teams etc.
well i wonder how these lot feel about those comments that could be awkward.... Sébastien Bassong (at Wolverhampton Wanderers until the end of the 2011–12 season) Vedran Ćorluka (at Bayer Leverkusen until the end of the 2011–12 season) Iago Falqué (at Southampton until the end of the 2011–12 season) Andros Townsend (at Birmingham City until the end of the 2011–12 season) Steven Pienaar (at Everton until the end of the 2011–12 season) Simon Dawkins (at San Jose Earthquakes)
Not keen on Bendtner, and his wages would be too high, the lad will like Hannover, and close to the Danish boarder.
You are missing the most important one, Spurs top scorer Emanuel Adebayor currently on loan from Man City.
