Jesus, I get fed up with all the ****e being printed. Where is their info comming from. So that is Vorm, Williams and De Guzman signing for them. Chances are none of them will. Why would DG want to go and play for them, he has clear stated he came here because of Laudrup, if Laudrup wants him here next year he will be. The only way he will go to them is if we dont want to sign him.
Brendan is entitled to try for any player he likes as his allegiance is with Liverpool not us, he done fantastic with us and got us to the premiership and now he must do his best for Liverpool and credit where credits due he has proved a lot of swans doubters wrong......that is football im afraid, its dog eat dog in this game and its up to us to try and persuade our players to stay as we will be looking to take players from other clubs....I suppose that will be ok.. what will be will be but we cant stop anyone even brendan coming in for any of our players just like we can go in for their players....
de guz has stated that he has not decided yet where his future lies so that is not a player who is committing himself to us is it. and as for ash then you can put your house on him joining Liverpool next season. Vorm is not so clear cut as a number of top sides are interested in him including Liverpool...
Suarez i would love but we are too small a club at this stage of his career, maybe when he gets to the end of his career he may join a lesser club....he should get player of the season hands down the way he is going....I think we should do as we are doing and looking in the lower Spanish leagues for the rangels,michu's of the football world as they are there if we do our scouting properly, we have done well so far and its far cheaper than trying to buy British players....
If we do lose JDG, Vorm and Ash it will be hillarious reading the "experts" once again tipping us to go down!!...how many seasons in a row now have we been the pundits favourites to go down....6?!!! And even better, at the end of next season when Laudrup inevitably leaves, yep you've guessed it...we'll be tipped to go down!!! Should all 3 players leave, I have every confidence they will be replaced by players as good as if not better. Have a feeeling Hernandez may be off too, doesn't look happy unfortunately, would love him to turn things around though.
We can only do our best but nobody cant complain if we have a couple of lean seasons. this will be where laudrup will have to show what he is really worth as a manager and show us if he does have the skill to get us to compete in the prem with the loss of some players as to be honest he has been piss poor for a while now and unable to motivate or out fox his oposite number....I know some fans are not happy with his tactics at the moment so its Know wonder he is saying in the press that we need to finish strong....I hope we can continue to progress but as a realist then we cant keep over achieving forever so im enjoying the moment while it lasts....
