Just noticed he turned down a new deal at Brighton, so is available on a free. At 6' 1 he's not an out and out target man but i'd suggest he'd be a damn sight better than Adebola. He top scored for Brighton last season and at 27 should be hitting his peak. Surely worth a look?

22 Goals isn't bad at all, and he's a fairly big player. Will have to do a little more research into him though.

Just saw he'd been released and was about to create a similar thread. I think he'd be a great signing, but he's odds on to be at Palace for next season.

Goes to show how much he cares about Brighton, if he's willing to join their biggest rivals, who'll likely be fighting relegation again.
