I'm happy were 2nd now the pressure is now off and we can relax and go and play without worrying .Port vale will.find it hard to maintain there form and stay there like we did .
Oh I don't know....they are out of their blip and now in top spot and....have the momentum. We've been under the weather since the FA cup game with S'thorpe. I still think that we are going to be facing our hardest test against Sarfend. Coming to Priestfield Port Vale may be nervy........however that didn't stop Crawley having us over after we won there last Christmas. I'd take a point against Sarfend.......but want all 3 against Vale who have got Pope scoring again. Never know, Kedders may start a game sometime soon. If it is a player / manager spat lets hope that the future of the club as opposed to egos is the winner.
Agreed, I mean who would want to be top of the league, placed 2nd is far better....As for Kedwell playing i would rather we had a statue up front, even that would be more mobile.
How can anyone seriously suggest that being second is preferable to first? If Gills had been second a month ago they would now be in the playoff positions. Second in November and we would be slipping out of the promotion places altogether. The Kedwell comment seems infantile. What is your definition of mobility Lenny? Many people would measure mobility by distance covered in a match and even his strongest critics acknowledge that he works harder and runs further than anyone else. There are things you can criticise in his game but not really mobility. i suppose he is not upwardly mobile in the business management sense, and maybe he is not mobile onto the treatment couch like Oli and Spiller used to be. Perhaps these are the measures you have in mind. Watch the distance that Burton covers in a game if you want to exemplify lack of mobility.
