He's a complete a**hole! Even Dzeko showed his disgust towards Tevez tonight when he came off.

Funny thing is they won't be able to get rid, no one can afford his wages and fees <laugh>

At the end of the day the bloke is a quality striker, maybe one of the best in the world. He's a pro footballer and thinks he's gods gift like many others who should be in the first team each work. Most people had a poor opinion of Barton (me being one of them) before he joined but look at the impact he's made for us.

Mancini a man always looking for excuses, last time out against Napoli it was nerves. This time they where going to Munich to win, they ended up outclassed in every department. But hey, let the Tevez controversy overshadow our deficiencys on the field of play.
When Tevez showed what a terrible human being he is, Barry, Richards and Kolo Toure showed what terrible footballers they are. No where near the level required in the Champions League.

Would love it if we signed him, but it will never happen though ( that was said about Barton as well so you never know) the guy is quality and I though he was better than what he has shown us tonight, could be a long season for him with a couple of loan moves, hopefully to us !

Just let him rot for the remainder of his contract. City can afford to do it. Let's see how he likes them apples!

he's a disgrace, if you went into your job and refused to work you'd be sacked! why should it be any different for him? he can now sit at home making stupid amounts of money. he's everything that's wrong about the modern game.

Sad thing is that if he got sacked, he'd just move to another club on even more wages and with a hefty signing on fee as the new club wouldn't have to pay a transfer fee for him. Wonder if he even could be 'sacked', ie. his contract terminated, without being paid for the remainder of his contract. Be interesting to know if there are any stipulations in contracts that deal with players that refuse to play. Probably not.

Best thing is to let him rot in the reserves for a couple of years. Make an example of him.

I'm kind of hoping that the Sheik will do what he can afford to do, and either terminate his contract without releasing his registration or let him rot do whatever the he'll he wants to but ban him from the club.

You can bet that with the World Cup next year and him not being match fit (and so pretty much unpickable) that'll be a punishment that will hurt him.

If City's owners have any balls they'll take him on. Make him train alone and not pick him, if he refuses they can fine him two weeks wages every week he refuses, even a thicko like Tevez will soon work out that he'll be paying them what they should be paying him. All the time he doesn't play his international prospects will go down the pan as well. Probably City are the only club with the financial clout to make such a stand. As the pundits said last night player power has reached the point of no return, the tail is wagging the dog...

World Cup next year? Help, I've just lost 3 years of my life! Has anyone told the Brazilians? I think they are struggling to be ready for 2014, let alone next year......

i reckon we should offer City the chance for him to cme on loan to us, with them paying his wages and no loan fee involved. Nothing to lose on that one plus a kicking from Barton if he refuses to play!!
