Brilliant today, sang their hearts out and made the Fulham fans look like wooden cut outs, despite being acutely challenged by events on the pitch. Good humoured and a credit to the club. (and to those few fans that left indignant after the fourth goal - SHAME ON YOU! Do you only support your team when they're winning?)
I can't criticise anyone for leaving today. It was an embarrassing display from all of them. I left as the sixth went in. The support was different class though and Fulham's was woeful given the circumstances.
We knew we'd be up against it at times in this league. At least the team know they've got great support behind them.
I didn't go today as it was far too expensive for me. I'm gutted as it is, would have been worse if I'd paid £50 as well. Just seen the goals and it looked a complete shambles. Hopefully there will be a positive reaction for the next games.
To those who stayed, I salute you! It was difficult enough watching that online, but, as usual, our supporters were a credit to us throughout.
The fans were different class today. If I was a fulham fan I would've been quite embarassed to have been so thoroughly outsung despite dominating the whole match and winning the game so easily.
...TimK you've got plenty to be embarassed about with your own team. We Fulham fans are quite happy thanks, and most Rs fans on here have a more sensible perspective Good luck for the rest of the season, except against us.
I stayed until the end, but only because I took my 9 year old daughter to her first ever game. She wanted to stay to at least see us score. She's distraught. Bloody football eh? Great show by our fans, they didn't deserve a performance like that. "Six nil and you still won't sing ! "
Dont know if you were actually there or not, but you'll note that I was talking about the fans mate. Fair play you tonked us and we're well worth the win, but the place was a library.
