Giroud with his scorpion kick has won best goal at the FIFA awards. Fantastic goal and Giroud deserves some recognition going his way.
Good old Giroud, for years he was lambasted by some of our fans including me, but it was never Giroud’s fault that he was our first choice CF with no other alternative, he did his best during those years and we expected him to be something he was never going to be ( a world class CF), despite that he scored over 100 goals, and some of those were top class and will live long in the memory. If anyone deserve this kinda of award and recognition,it’s Giroud.
The problem of living off Wenger's past glories and the top strikers he had in the early years. He has always been a good striker, just not quite to their level. But he has consistently performed for us over the years and i'm happy he got the award.
Well done Big OG! If only Wenger will do right by him and play Nelson and Iwobi either side of him. And keep Theo on the bench. Theo could be a spare CF.
