You're missing the point, ST. This has nothing to do with Rangers. It's a fund set up and controlled by the fans. This is a GIRUY directly from the fans to a club who have treated them shoddily in recent seasons.
They've got a cheek , steal of Dunfermline , then when paying 3 months late , they organise a presentation with former players to present cheque make Rangers out in good light .
