the gills had a bit of a mauling today at the millers and the gills goal difference suffered from this 3-0 defeat

shrews are beginning to emerge from a quiet, for them start, to the season, fresh from their easy win at home to swansea and with arsenal ringing in their ears, they travel to gillingham next saturday.

gills have played no less than 10 pre season friendly games most of them against local micky mouse opposition but they lost against orient and millwall

season so far gills 1 chelt 0, crewe 1 gills 2, barnet 2 gills 2, gills 3 argyle 0, millers 3 gills 0.

league
p5 w3 d1 L1 8 a 6 gd 2 points 10 pos. 4th of their goal difference it is worth noting that at home it is for 4 against 0

shrews following their win at home to swindon are 1 point away from the play offs and 2 away from auto promo. they are level on 8 points with the gas who everyone will know by now are walking the league. some walk, some cheek

i wish the shrews well and predict a 1-1 draw scorer morgan.

floreat salopia come on you shrews, keep climbing that league

eh up lenny i noticed you had dipped your toe in the detritus of what was once a proud north london club

Hi Lenny, welcome on board the board. I take it you weren't on BBC 606 were you?

If you haven't mentioned attendance edit you post and add your prediction. I will update the table asap.

Oops, sorry chaps, struggle to get on here sometimes. No, I wasn't on the BBC one, but I did read it, just not contribute, and the same on here so far. I think the attendance will be about 5978, and yes, AJ, I did. I have a bit of a soft spot for Arsenal, I think they're usually ethical, play good football, and the way they go about their transfer business is very good. I know a few gooners in person, and they're all nice people, but the ones on here seem to be, well, for lack of a better word, ****ers.

Everyone overestimated the attendance. Gates seem to be falling everywhere - looks like lean times ahead for most clubs. Hope they anticipate that and don't leave it too late.
