There are lots of stats, and that is what this end of the season is all about and it is very tight, it is not about sums but results. I dare say there will be a few shouts of come on the BLADES at 12.30 as a win for them and us today will leave us needing a point. BUT the stats say it has an 80% chance of being a draw or defeat for Sheff Utd. If the stats are wrong which I hope they are and the Blades win we will need to beat the Shrews who themselves are in a relegation battle. The stats say a 75% chance of them drawing or winning so a big chance of defeat for us. We have only lost once at home in the past 6 home fixtures and one draw so the stats say we have a good chance of a home win. BUT who will play for their lives, who will go out there this afternoon as if it was the last game they will ever play, even if a leg was hanging off they would find some way to head in a goal. COME ON YOU GILLS GOOOOOOOOOO FOR IT, if not for the fans DO IT for your own belief, dont hang your head stick that chin out and have a bloody go.
