City's trip to Kent in Capital One Cup.
Ticket details for City’s Capital One Cup clash at Gillingham have been revealed.

The first round match takes place next Tuesday (August 6th) at Priestfield and the club has received an initial allocation of 300 tickets – although the game will also be pay on the night for visiting fans.

Tickets – which are on general sale now – are priced £15 for adults, £10 for senior citizens and £5 for under-18s.

Call 0117 963 0600 to book, or visit the BCFC Megastore at Ashton Gate.
How To Get There By Car & Where To Park

Leave the M2 at Junction 4 and take the A278 towards Gillingham, going straight across two roundabouts. At the 3rd roundabout turn left onto the A2 towards Gillingham town centre. At the traffic light junction with the A231, turn right into Nelson Road and passing the small bus station take a right turn into Gillingham Road, the ground is down on your right.

Alternatively Roger Blackman provides an alternative route from the M2; 'At the start of the M2 keep left and follow A289 towards Gillingham. Continue towards Gillingham and go through through the Medway Tunnel (Priestfield Stadium is signposted from here). Continue on the A289 ignoring the turn off for Gillingham town centre, until you reach the Strand roundabout after about a mile. Turn right at this roundabout and up the hill and over the level crossing. Take the second left past the level crossing into Linden Road and the ground is along this road on the right'.

There is a residents only parking scheme in operation around the ground, so if you want to street park, this will mean driving a bit further away to do so. Chris Bell a visiting Northampton Town fan adds; 'There is a cheap pay and display car park (£1.40 for four hours) on Railway Street near Gillingham station, which is less than 10 mins walk from the ground'.

We wont get many City fans attending this one. It's a very long way to go for a pointless game, midweek, that we'll probably lose, and it's not exactly cheap either

They'll be lucky to get 2,500

Have a Video sat on my shelf of City sticking 6 past Gillingham. Now if I thought that might happen again I would think about going. So secure sat here at home.

    .

Well it's the LC so anything is possible although if I were a betting man it would be them sticking 6 past us, not the other way around.

Somehow I can't see us shipping 6 goals against any team in L1 or the Championship at the moment some premiership clubs with their extra class and movement might do it but the team seems to have taken on board what has been said to them about the way to play and thus far seems to be working.

This cup competition will not be a money spinner until the latter stages but my concern is do we have enough depth through the squad to compete in 2 games over just a few days?
Truly don't think we will know our status on that front until at least 10 games have elapsed. Not too worried about the result but suppose a nice win would be good for the morale taking us forward.
