Much of football is fueled by a team's inner confidence, but where does that confidence come from when the team are continually pummeled ? Answer ? THE MANAGER qed Our manager doesn't have the strength to lift this club from the slide we are now on. And for the record Sean... Oldham are NOT a good side. They are average Div 1 at best
