Got some tough games in the league coming up, without the fa cup and league cup games. So if we get to the final think it would be good to get to 40 points beforehand. 10 points from this lot is a big ask, would really love to almost guarantee our premier league position.

    So is it possible ?

    Swansea v Stoke
    Sunderland v Swansea
    West Ham v Swansea
    Swansea v QPR

I do think theres two wins and a draw in those fixtures. Or at worse a win and two draws.

Stop worrying about getting to 40 points. It'll happen soon enough.

Capitol One Cup Final is on Sunday 24th Feb 2012 ko 4pm, so if we get there the league game away at Liverpool which has been moved to that date will be off.

Of those 4 games the only one that concerns me is West Ham away, so if we can get a point there and win the other 3, it will nestle us nicely on 40 points :D

Possible - depends on injury list and how much energy we have to battle the likes of Stoke. At the least, after today, I would expect us to graft draws out of the two away games

If we play at our absolute best then we would take the maximum. However I think we will get 7 points from 12. Any more and it will be a great bonus :D

Difficult to call but we are definitely improving - particularly away from home - so you never know. Laudrup is becoming more tactically astute each game, and I'm not sure if that's because he now knows the opposition better because we've played everybody already. But it must be obvious to anyone who watches us. Here is a manager who is not afraid to make some pretty radical decisions to shake things up and rotate the squad whilst keeping everyone happy and picking up points on the way.

Still confident of top half finish and even if we get knocked out of the cups we've had a great season already. 40 points? Easy.

All four are winnable, but, Stoke usually do a number on us.

Think we will lose to Stoke 2-1
    Win V Sunderland 1-0
    Draw at West Ham 2-2
    Beat QPR 2-0

    5 points will do me.

two more wins will seal it by the looks of it and that should be no problem with another half season to go...

I'm actually more worried about the Sunderland game than Stoke. We should have beaten them at the start of the season but are a differnet prospect at the Stadium of Light. Sessegnon in particular is class, I'd be happy to come away from there with a draw, the same for West Ham. Stoke set up a bit different away from home so if we (or Mr Walters) can score, I'm hopeful of 3 points.

You still haven't beaten us in the premier league and I would expect that to continue, especially at home. We have won 4 out of the last 7 and players like Sessegnon and Johnson are really coming into form now.

I can see why both sets of supporters will be expecting 3pts though.

As we tend to do badly against teams that should be manageable opposition I fear the worst. When we had that crack in September, it was against teams like these ones. In a perfect world it would be 12 points, but we're playing against teams like Chelsea and Arsenal in between and Sir Laudrup will have to rotate the players. Non the less we should at least manage five points. Thats four at home and one away. Anything less than that is totally unacceptable.

The game against Sunderland away is the least likely to win. If we go through to the Carling Cup final, I think the players will have difficulties concentrate against Sunderland. If we should win against Arsenal we could have the same problem (against Stoke), but i think it is less likely in this match...

We are capable of winning all of them but, given our congested fixture list, we could equally lose them all. I find it impossible to predict the actual results but I hope we can beat QPR and draw the remainder giving us six points. If pushed to be specific, we should beat Stoke and QPR, draw with West Ham and lose at Sunderland for seven points. Who can tell?
