I don't know if any of you fellow Canaries remember but I put up a post last year following the Arsenal game at CR. Ihad made a point of avoidign the match in terms of radio. TV, computer and only allowed myself to see the final score which of course was 1-0. The reason for this original action was because we were doing so badly at the time and I had decided not to punish myself any more. This action was then repeated at home to manure and again we won 1-0. It now gets worse...... At the beginning of September we were on holiday in Porta Pollenca and having avoided any TV's and newspapers all week came back to the U.K. flicked on the TV and saw that we had beaten Southampton 1-0 Yesterday I avoided all media (I didn't realsie that we were the commentary on 5 Live) and again flicked the relevant buttons at about 3.45, well clear of the end of the game and the score? I don't like the obvious conclusions to the above but the coincidence is starting to freak me a little. What do I do now?
If we lose to Chelsea, then you can tune in for Arsenal as you can no longer be held personally responsible but if we win, I'll fly over and strangle you if you tune in the following week and we lose
All I can do is ask Dave but I'm not sure if he isn't jinxed as well! It must be a footballing Bermuda Triangle around here.
