Ramsay out of his depth & has no charisma and is bad in interviews (least of our problems I realise) but something is missing. yeah - was just about to say - he's leaving Brentford because they want to have a similar set up to ours with a DOF. All the money at stake these days the time of a manager being CEO, Chairman, tea maker etc doesn't make sense anymore. The club needs to be run professionally and the man who trains and picks the team is a part of that.
