I remember as a young teenager hanging around the dean lane st Paul's area (southville) and getting to know a horrible character who's name I have forgotten.
He was a horrible vile kid of about my age - totally violent and always looking for trouble.
I personally never fell out with him but hated him nonetheless.

Turns out he attacked and killed a pensioner in her own home a couple of years later.
    Agree wit OTIB.
We should make our city (and country) a no go area for people like that.

Do you think anyone would notice human DNA in supermarket lasagna?

Lock em up, no appeal, no interference allowed from human rights bloody do gooders, in cold and draughty cell with no TV or home comforts and just basic food.

Give him 24 months of that and we'll see if he wants to re-offend afterwards.

That's what I call rehabilitation, not a free trip to the South of France or wherever
