After the disappointing result of Saturday against Stoke City,Liverpool is facing Spurs on Sunday.Tottenham had their first win of the season last weekend. This game is too close to call, so I am going for score draw 2:2.I cannot remember the last time the game between the two ended in goaless draw. For the fact that last season Tottenham did Liverpool double, Liverpool need their pride to get something out of this game.Since Hart Redknapp became manager of Spurs, Liverpool is yet to win at White Hart Lane. Prediction:Spurs 2:2 Liverpool Other fixtures and prediction: Saturday, 17 September 2011 Blackburn v Arsenal 2:1 Aston Villa v Newcastle 2:1 Bolton v Norwich 2:1 Everton v Wigan 2:1 Swansea v West Brom 1:1 Wolverhampton v QPR 2:1 Sunday, 18 September 2011 Tottenham v Liverpool 2:2 Fulham v Man City 1:1 Sunderland v Stoke 2:0 Man Utd v Chelsea 2:1

LAWRO'S PREDICTION: 1:1 draw. SUNDAY Tottenham v Liverpool (1330 BST) I don't blame Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp for fielding a virtual reserve team against PAOK Salonika in the Europa League on Thursday. This game was always going to be his main focus. If Spurs had not beaten Wolves last week, then Redknapp might be under a bit of pressure - the Premier League has to be his priority at the moment. Besides, Tottenham could lose a couple of European games and still get out of their group. It means they can find out one or two things about their younger players too. Liverpool complained about some of the decisions which went against them in their defeat by Stoke last weekend, but they just need to get on with it now. I cannot see Reds boss Kenny Dalglish trying to take Tottenham on too much in this game. I think they will go there trying not to get beat. Prediction: 1-1
It always gets me how very few people will ever predict high scores ;-) Especially with the Manc-chav match, I think that will be very high scoring, both teams have options up front, but both suffer from a weak and aging back line. As usual Lorro is talking bollox, and I can't see Liverpool taking it easy after the defeat to Stoke, Liverpool need this win to keep up with the manc teams, who have both flown out of the blocks. Also Spurs cannot take the cowards route out, like Stoke, they are a team with top 4 aspirations playing at home, they are going to have to go for it, giving our front line the space to get something. Noblelox I like the bold prediction. I have banned myself from making such statements after I cost us the Stoke game.
