<peacedove>After Liverpool's defeat by QPR, they are at home to Wigan on Saturday.I strongly believe Wigan are going
to be lucky to get any thing from the game.Certainly there is going to be a back clash.
    My prediction: Liverpool 3:0 Wigan

    Lawro's verdict:
    Liverpool v Wigan
Liverpool's capitulation in the last 15 minutes of their 3-2 defeat by QPR on Wednesday was astonishing, as was the number of chances they had created before then.

Before it all fell apart, I doubt whether Liverpool had played better than that this season, which makes it even harder to take when you are 2-0 up but end up losing 3-2.

Even so, I am sure Reds boss Kenny Dalglish will look at what happened as a one-off and you don't get many easier opportunities to bounce back from that sort of setback than playing Wigan at home.

The Latics cannot score goals, and my biggest problem with them is that they could and probably should have won both of their last two games, away against Norwich and then at home to West Bromwich Albion. Instead, they have only picked up two points.

If you only get two points when you are playing well, then what does that suggest will happen if you don't play well? I'd have to go for a comfortable Liverpool victory here.

    Prediction: 2-0
