Having lost to Arsenal at home last last Saturday, Liverpool away to Sunderland on Saturday.Liverpool problem is scoring goals, at the moment they are playing good football.Winning is the one that matters.Liverpool also have many games in succession after Sunderland, the following Tuesday they are facing Everton and Sunday week in the FA cup against Stoke City. Team News: Sunderland to miss their captain Lee Cattermole for this game, and also Stephane Sessegnon. Liverpool: Steve Gerard and Glen Johnson doubtful. My prediction is away win: Sundrland 1:2 Liverpool. Lawro's verdict: 1:1...score draw. Sunderland v Liverpool When you are not involved, you can laugh at the sort of scenes we saw in last week's particularly feisty Tyne-Wear derby and the way the Newcastle and Sunderland players and staff acted while they were totally caught up in the moment. But Black Cats midfielder Lee Cattermole deserves to get a rocket off Martin O'Neill because for him to get sent off after the final whistle when his side had just secured a really good point against their fierce rivals was absolutely ridiculous. Sunderland are generally very good at home, but I cannot see them beating a Liverpool team who actually put in one of their best performances of the season in their defeat by Arsenal last week. That left the Reds 10 points behind Arsenal in the race for fourth place but, even if they had drawn that game at Anfield, I still don't think they would have finished above the Gunners. The amount of games they have drawn at home is what they will look back on with regret at the end of the season. Prediction: 1-1
I have a couple of times and seen how I did... I stopped doing it because I noticed i'm quite crap at predicting results!
