Sorry to throw a wet blanket out there to everyone but when it comes to wishing for players it comes down to that you can pee in one hand and wish in the other and see what you are left with.
The players especially located in the London area don't want to move North. The clubs can agree a fee but if the player does not want to come there is nothing you can do. I think lots of them think the folks North of the Watford Gap still eat the missionaries.
I've been a support since the early 60's and seen it all before and I'm still waiting for a manager like Bill Shankly to start our Dynasty which we richly deserve and overdue. We have a good foundation with Sir Nial and Mr. Short but Rome wasn't built in a day....I've been waiting for a long time but I'm still a supporter whatever happens. I don't know where we are heading with Steve Bruce but he seems genuine and I see the frustration on his face at some of these interviews and he is not a happy camper. I think he would rather be out there on the field giving the other team some stick than on the sidelines. Keep the faith for a while we are only into our third game.
Also see lots of comments on the posts with .....'what do you think'....well my answer to that is 'I think everyone should think for themselves...what do you think'.
    Rant over.....that feels better!!!!!

You had better watch it as the word might get out that you are due for another haircut and they may decide to cut the other hair you have close to the old gahoonies, one snip and it's all over for you!!!
