he had a bad game.... He looks slow of the mark this season.... time for some new blood for what its worth i would play Bromby on Sat
Get Lees in there. At least Grayson could see O'Brien was out of his deph (against Bradford!) last night and hauled him off. Lets just hope he has the balls to drop him against West Ham. Liabilty.
nah play lees on the right, he looked fantastic there. Bromby in central and connolly as a left back.
josh You starting playing players out of position, you end up struggling. Lee's is a centre half and should be played there. Obrien is rubbish and should be in a bin
I hate slagging any Leeds United player, but I have to agree about O'Brien. I would like O'Dea to get a chance beside Kissa.
Hes a shower of **** that bloke. at fault so many times last season and this season. Get rid. ****ing liability.
I thought lees looked too small to be centre half prefer bromby their even though his distribution ****ing does mi head in
By the sound of things (subbing him when he wasn't injured) SG may have had enough of OB for a while, especially as we have a fair raft of alternatives. OB wasn't rubbish last year when he helped tighten up a very leaky defence. But with Kisnorbo back & SG now having plenty of options, no need to play someone who has clearly not started the season well enough.
LIW Bromby should be at best on the bench. Bruce should follow O'Brien out. Our first choice CB partnership should never waver from Kissa and Lees. O'Brien cost us countless times last season and makes life impossible for his team mates at times, which in turn affects their own confidence. Lees is over 6 ft, he isn`t small. He also has the biggest calves I have ever seen on a footballer so should have a Lubo type free kick rocket on him.
Boggers, I like you mate but I sometimes wonder what the **** you have been watching cos it certainly isnt Leeds.
Kissa and Lees with Bromby and O'Dea(until proven otherwise) as back-up suits me. Think Parker is average but I'd get over having him as first choice LB if we sorted a replacement for Brown and got another striker in on loan.
Spot on Philth about O’Brien. He was a liability last season and still is this season, how anyone can say differently baffles the **** out of me.
Phil, I saw the game on Saturday & OB went walkabout. Time to drop him. Last year we went from conceding 4, 5, 6 goals a game to 1, or 2, & occasionally 3. OB put himself about & did enough to warrant a starting spot this season. However, he's had two bad games. More importantly, we have Kisnorbo back, as well as plenty of options for the 2nd CB spot.
Pags, quick check. Take the ten games prior to OB playing last year, & weigh it against his first ten games. Should help to show that last season, he made a positive difference. Having said that, Isomehow doubt SG would be foolish to now play him ahead of Bromby, Lees, & Bruce at CB. Morning by the way
