I wouldn't pay any heed to this story. Just an agent doing a bit of hiking. Why would Huddersfield proposed wages be put out in public. Remember Southampton, last January were supposed to have offered sum exact figure over £20,000 per week I think. Turned out to be rubbish. I think when you read in a paper that Celtic are showing some interest in a player, the best thing is to ignore the paper. Celtic usually have their player signed before we know anything.
If we don't sell Stokes, Hooper or Samaras, I don't see us signing any strikers. Tony Watt might well make more appearances next season, though.
Would definitely like to see Lennon give the likes of Fraser, Watt, McGeouch and Keatings get more game time last year. Still can't see us competing in Europe without a quality CB and a big striker. Sammy has done brilliantly as a holding forward for Greece at the Euros but Celtic play a totally different style to Greece and I don't think he has the discipline to do that on a regular basis for us.
I'd love to see the curent squad (minius a few hangers on) plus a Striker, a Creative midfielder and a CB or two.
