Would love to see him in a good side ,i thought he was superb today

he fell awkwardly ,knowing lfc they will now have a round of applause after two mins at every game now,i want blackburn to win the replay theres no way this great cup can be turned into the gerrard goodbye debacle.

 

I've avoided the score all day for motd, may aswell gan to bed now

John Stead looked good against Chelsea (and us) - not saying Gestede isn't decent as I've only seen him play once (yesterday) but players often raise their game for a match like this - in his "day job" he may not look as good

 

hes keeping rhodes out of the side atm

 

Seen him twice this season, looked solid both times.

I didn't expect him to boss that Liverpool defence as much yesterday though.

 

Neither did they and I think that was their problem TBH

I haven't seen enough of him to make an informed opinion though. He did look good yesterday - although putting him in a decent side wouldn't be much good bringing him here!!

 

Plenty of hype around him mate, but like you I've not really seen that much of him. I don't really have the urge to jump in the car and go to watch Blackburn funnily enough!

Maybe a late bloomer, either that or Cardiff made one hell of a bad call!

 

Some canny pubs around Ewood mind - been there a few times and always welcoming!! But I wouldn;t go if my team weren;t playing there either!!

 

So combative, so was Jozy before us. On that form I'd take him any day of the week but it's a big step up, hard to say if he'd manage it.

His record is garbage before this season.

He was very impressive against Liverpool though

 

Spot on parker - Few players are signed on the back of a great FA Cup performance (Ronnie Radford would've been div 1 no problem if that was the case as he was apparently excellent in the game against the mags - and he went on to Worcester City, Bath City and Forest Green after Hereford). If every "1 good FA Cup game" charlie was snapped up by a PL team then there'd be an awful lot of rich deadwood floating about now.

 

Nah don't watch the MLS mate. No better than watching scottish footie and that's like watching torture porn.
