It is true about the red kits, they also get more of the refs decisions but then you think that man u, arsenal and liverpool all play in red and would get the decisions anyway so i think the colour is coincidental. If anything youd think the red would result in more red cards for that team. Playing in grey or black is bad as you lose team mates when they are in your peripheral vision.
Didnt see it but I saw the young one (in red of course) which was a great impression of the dive against derry.
From BBC: "PENALTY TO UNITED - Real Sociedad 0-0 Man Utd Ashley Young has a reputation for, ahem, going to ground easily and he has just enhanced that reputation. He goes over with minimal, absolutely minimal contact and to the disbelief of most inside the stadium referee Nicola Rizzoli gives the spot-kick." When the BBC put it that way then it is a dive.
No idea why I wrote Ashley Cole instead of Ashley Young....well apart from the Ashley link. Edited now.
Thats what I dont get, its a dive and hes a cheat, why dont they just say it instead of the cop out "contact" somehow implying it was legit.
Simple, your brain thought "Ashley" and "****er" and then went on auto complete and typed in Cole for you. Same thing happens when you think "john" and "****"
One things for sure, whatever shirt they wear, they don't like it up 'em! please log in to view this image please log in to view this image
