Is this guy our new number one? Never heard of him before but that's mainly because he's spent most of his career in the Bundesliga. He's a free having just been released by FC Red Bull Salzburg. New number two possibly with him being #3 if we signed another keeper along the lines of Camp. He's done enough for Brendan to invite him to fly back to South Wales with us though. Tremmel hasn't played a lot of big games but the experience he brings (and the fact he'd be cheap cover) means that a deal could easily be done.
Sorry for double post but did a bit more digging on him and it seems that he was linked with Celtic last month and they were very pleased with what they saw. He might have a shot this one!
At 6' 3" I'd like to think that he would dominate the box. Bonus if he's a bit nasty with it and German keepers aren't particularly noted for their gentle disposition. Might be an option if he impresses during his stay because he shouldn't be expensive.
Well he certainly doesn't look like he's afraid of rushing toward players to grab the ball out of the air... Lets just hope he's as nimble as de Vries in order to pull off those quick double saves.
