    http://oxfordinternetinstitute.github.com/football-mapping/

The Oxford Internet Institute have carried out a study working out which teams are best supported, via postcode districts, based upon users activity on twitter. It appears that we have a lot of fans on the south coast!

We fare quite well, but it could just be that we have a particularly twitter friendly fan-based, or the concentration of our fans might be high in certain areas and very low in others.

    Interesting map anyway.

That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

I'm away over to the Aberdeen Board to see if I can find out!

I've not come across a weirder lot Kiwi. Yes they gave me refuge during my week-long boycott but it made me realise how good I have it on here.

They're the strangest bunch of internet posters I've ever come across.

It says it is an Everton/Wet Spam twitter stronghold where I am ?? I dont think I have seen more than 5 Everton shirts in the past two years down here.

QPR has a decent amount of fans as do many of the London clubs being South Coast quite a lot move here to escape city life into ****ty life.
