Geoff is spot on, this is what i would play,we need to play to our strengths. -------------------Parish------------------------ -------osbourne-------Flint---------Williams Waggy-------------Gillett----------Elliott--------Bryan------------------ ---------------------------Jet---------------------- ------------Baldock------Harwood/another striker.----------------- We have to play our best player and yes build a team around him.I do not pretend to say this would solve our problems but this would be a good start and see where it takes us.
Where does Bobby Reid fit in then as at times he seems like the only midfielder with some vision and ability to run forward rather than sideways.?
I would also play Reid instead of one of the central midfield players. Bryan would play on the left and Wagstaff on the right.
Possibly what we need to do is play quicker,more firepower and keep the opposition on the backfoot. Let them worry about us and not us about them as is plainly happening at present.
****ing hell RR you've started to see SoD's biggest flaw he is constantly worrying about the opposition. You will start to question his plan B next
He has his faults ROD, i am fully aware but he has also got to play with what he has at his disposel. I do question his team selections and subs but hey he is the manager,paid 250.0000 to do it,i wish he would play Jet behind two strikers and see what happens. I cannot remember him ever giving it a go.

I didn't leave him out because I don't like/rate him I just don't see the point in playing him when he is the only wide player in the team. Makes no sense. Would rather we go 3 at the back with 2 wing backs. Have JET in the middle and Reid and Elliott just behind. Didn't want to pick Harewood but we have nobody else and no way was I putting taylor in!
