Have to say this is a great idea and should help get people back to supporting their home team. Think the club has spent a bit on a new marketing guy by any chance? It's great to see our club being run in such a professional way on and off the field.

Definitely a good idea. Hopefully we'll only see Man Utd shirts being worn around Swansea when their away fans are visiting for the game next season.

Shame they are only doing it for the kids, if they want us to truly embrace the idea why not do it for the parents of these kids as well

I didn't realise it was just for kids. You'll have to have a shave and speak with a high pitched voice Valley!

So if you're a young'un, you get £10 off a shirt, that's already gone up by £5 since last season, if you give in your Man U shirt?
Are many likely to do that?

It applies to any kids shirt from other prem teams not just recent ones either so is a good initiative by the club. It does irritate me to see Man U, Chelsea etc shirts still being worn around Swansea even more so with adults wearing them but what really annoyed me most was walking into Sports Direct in Morfa this week and seeing a huge range of Liverpool gear just by the entrance.

But if you're a business you don't have much choice. You have to sell what your customers want. But I wonder if there are people in Swans shirts wandering around in other football cities?

Another thing with people wearing red shirts in Swansea is that red is now also the Cardiff color.
