Sort of thing guaranteed to be given in Europe but I think in the Prem not now. In Scotland it’s given to Celtic or Rangers if needing a goal.
Arsenal Chelsea Man Utd and Liverpool would all get a pen for that, the rest, maybe, unless it was against one of the aforementioned, then no.
Wouldn’t have been given up the other end.
