Amorim would have been sacked by virtually every Championship side by now

I think some of these managers need to get out and watch L2 football a bit more, and learn something from there, rather than looking at overseas signings and splashing stupid money. Grimsby are a solid league two team, I don't think Amorim should be needing his little player magnetic board to work that out. I said last game it was like he was lost. I know Amad made a mistake but **** like that happens, especially with young players, they have to learn, but no way can you point to the kid and blame him, the manager needs to know how to manage his game time, so that he improves. There was no special tactics other than get up and get at them and give your all. I know the keeper has come in for a bit of stick, but whose to blame for that, the guy managing him again. Maybe Amorin needs to ask Nev for some advice he owns a L2 club don't he. As for the Brentford guy hitting the crossbar at the shoot out, that was just written in the script of fate to happen.

Anyway anyone looking for a decent CB, come back in about 2 seasons from now, and I may drop you a name...
