Suppose any silverware in a season is a good outcome. Afterall if Toon can claim the Mickey Mouse Cup as a win and arrange a bus tour, surely Man Utd could top that and even won a FA Cup in the process of knocking Newcastle out of Europe to be there today....ouch!

Their run-in is tough, the fans are on today’s manager’s back and half the players aren’t arsed because their contracts expire in 2038. They’ll do very well to get fifth from here.
