After 2.5 hours to get through and 30 minutes of argument/negotiation I finally got sorted with two new tickets next to each other.
Couldn't refund others though so I've got 4 tickets coming this week now and my credit card really doesn't like me.
I'll just take the season off bru and save myself over a bag init.
