Meh. They've had 3 tough fixtures since he took charge. Burnley beat them 3-0. Sunderland beat them 2-0. Brighton beat them 5-1. I'm yet to be convinced.
For his first proper management job he's not done too bad. Took over when they were relegation candidates and got them up to third. Doing it the right way dropping down a league. I actually think it would be better for his development if they don't come up. Another couple of seasons in the Championship will do him good.
