He most seriously is not. Just reading Kletopia right now - the guy was at the forefront of the initial wave of Putin's gangsters. Extremely violent, and linked, in those days, to ex-Spetnaz goons. I'd say more but @brb has a sanction on me for bringing politics into this thread
